The Northern Illinois Critical Incident Stress Management (NICISM) Team is a 501(c)3, non-profit organization.  We provide confidential services at no cost to any emergency personnel or department within a nine county metropolitan area. 

We rely solely on the generous support of individuals, departments, groups and corporations so that we may continue to help those emergency service personnel who so charitably help others.
